About Triptta Neb

Founder of The Recalibrate Method™
Triptta is a leadership development specialist who has spent over two decades working with senior executives across industries from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups. Her work spans the Middle East, Europe, and North America, helping leaders navigate complexity, pressure, and transformation.
Her approach is grounded in neuroscience, somatic psychology, and real-world leadership challenges. She created The Recalibrate Method™ after witnessing too many capable leaders break down under pressure not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked the tools to regulate their state.
Traditional leadership development focuses on what to do. Triptta’s work focuses on how to be so leaders can access their capacity when it matters most. Because regulation comes before performance. Always.
She is a certified IEQ9 Practitioner, trained in somatic approaches, and a Certifying Coach in Clinical EFT, with a Master’s in Organizational Development & Change. More importantly, she’s spent thousands of hours supporting leaders in real, high-pressure moments—so her work is grounded in what’s practical, not performative.
Today, Triptta works with organizations globally to help leaders build sustainable capacity, lead from clarity, and create cultures where people can thrive under pressure. Her clients include senior executives at Emirates, Siemens, American Express, and other leading organizations.
She’s known for her direct, no-nonsense approach and her ability to help leaders see what they’ve been missing. Her work isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about helping you show up differently so you can handle what’s already there.

The Mission Behind The Recalibrate Method™

Leadership capacity breaks down under pressure not because of skill, but because of state. The Recalibrate Method™ exists to help leaders regulate under load, lead from clarity instead of reactivity, and build sustainable capacity that lasts.
This isn’t about resilience. It’s about regulation. It’s about helping leaders access their full capacity when it matters most so they can lead with presence, make better decisions, and create cultures where people thrive.
